GullWing Beach Resort Update
PROPERTY UPDATE: November 27, 2023
GullWing Beach Resort is now open! Currently, a limited number of two and three-bedroom suites are available for guest reservations.
Ongoing construction and renovations will continue to take place in the coming months. This can and will include noise throughout the property from 9AM to 5PM daily.
Restaurants and shops continue to re-open throughout the area. Publix, our island grocery store, is now open daily with limited hours.

RESORT AMENITY UPDATE:
- Pool and Spa now open and available to guests.
- Beach Access is Available; Chair and Umbrella Rentals are Available!
- Grills are available
- Fitness Center Available
- Guest Services Available 9AM - 5PM Daily
- Tennis Courts Remain Closed
- Guest Bicycles No Longer Available
- Access to Lanai and Balcony from All Suites is Not Available for Guest Use
